Nubble Lighthouse Full Moon

Capture a very large full moon as it rises behind the Nubble Lighthouse right before sunset.   By shooting right before sunset the exposure on the lighthouse will match the exposure of the rising moon. 
 
Creating a great photograph doesn't have to happen by chance. This special full moon field workshop is designed to put you in the right place at the right time to capture a very large Full Moon behind one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the country.   After the shoot we'll head to a cafe or restaurant to grab dinner and we'll take a look at the images we captured and talk about the planning process in more detail.

What to Wear

Dress in layers including glove liners under a warm pair of mittens. I recommend hand warmers in your for your gloves and inside your shoes. Thermals, shirts, pants, sweater, and warm winter jacket with hat and hood.
 
What Gear Do I Need?

Sturdy tripod. Any point & shoot, Mirrorless, or digital SLR camera with at least a 300mm zoom lens.(300-400mm preferred range). 16GB or larger memory card (formatted and ready to go), and a freshly charged battery and backup battery.
